Huawei Technologies and Global Marine Systems, a subsea cable installation and maintenance company, have announced they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the intent to establish a joint venture (JV) to deliver end-to-end submarine network solutions to reliably deliver global communication capabilities.
